North Atlantic Spirits Agency was founded by Ian J. Single, a spirits industry professional with over 20 years of experience in hospitality and beverage alcohol across the East Coast.

Ian’s background spans fine dining, cocktail program leadership, and brand-side sales, including work with James Beard Award–winning chefs and Michelin-starred restaurants. This foundation shaped a deep understanding of premium service, brand storytelling, and execution at the highest level.

Most recently, Ian managed a multi-state territory for a portfolio of premium spirits imports, overseeing distributor relationships across New England and the Northeast. His experience includes distributor management, trade shows, sales trainings, and consistent in-person account coverage across both on- and off-premise channels.

 

North Atlantic Spirits Agency was created to help spirits producers succeed in New England through disciplined market execution, trusted distributor partnerships, and hands-on regional representation.
